Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya for a Product Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing client accounts, and supporting sales operations. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored product recommendations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain long-term client relationships. The role also involves achieving sales targets, generating reports, and collaborating with different departments to deliver optimized solutions. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.Experience in Sales and Account Management to drive growth and maintain customer relationships.Knowledge of Sales Operations and ability to manage sales administration efficiently.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a results-oriented environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as required.Familiarity with document management technologies or IT solutions is an advantage.
