Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Product Specialist to support clients in leveraging the platform effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage client requests and platform configurations efficiently. This role involves understanding client requirements and executing platform tasks to ensure seamless adoption and satisfaction.Key Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Prior experience in customer support or product specialist role, preferably in SaaS or software platforms.Strong understanding of software platforms, technical troubleshooting, and client engagement.Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.Proficiency in Bahasa language is preferred.Roles & Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable platform tasks.Configure the platform, including user accounts, permissions, workflows, automation rules, and custom reports.Execute tasks such as data migrations, customizations, and integrations on behalf of clients.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues in collaboration with internal teams.Provide regular updates to clients on task status, ensuring proactive and transparent communication.Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, tasks executed, and issue resolutions.Provide training and guidance to clients for optimal platform usage.Identify opportunities for platform improvements based on client feedback and evolving business needs.Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align platform capabilities with client requirements.
