Date posted: Nov 10, 2025City: TokyoCountry/Region: JPType of Contract: Full-time Employment / UnlimitedJob Requisition ID: 9146Product Trainer, Solid TumorMAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:Design and implementation of training plans for the launch of new products, additional indication, etc.Identification of issues with assigned products and design and implementation of training plans to resolve those issuesROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement training plans for employees to promote the proper use of assigned productsWork with internal stakeholders to identify issues with assigned products and formulate training objectives and implementation plansParticipate in trainer training and product training provided by the French HQCollaborate with product training staff at the French HQCreate training materials and disseminate them to relevant employeesPlan and implement group trainingPlan and implement follow-up trainingMonitor learning progressEstablish criteria for evaluating training outcomes and implement themProvide product training to employees requiring product knowledge (including newly hired employees)Manage systems operated by the MR Certification Center and participate in meetingsYOUR PROFILE:University graduate or higher (preferably in a science-related field)Hard skills/ Expertise:Required:Basic knowledge of all aspects of cancer treatmentAt least 3 years of experience in practical activities providing information about anticancer drugs to medical professionals, or supporting such activitiesExperience in developing oncology med repsKnowledge of standards regulating pharmaceutical company activities, such as Fair Competition Code and Guidelines for Sales Information Provision ActivitiesPC skills to facilitate smooth work operations (Microsoft Office, online meetings, etc.)Problem-solving skills and decision-making abilityExcellent presentation skillsFacilitation skills for training and meetingsExperience in mentoring and motivating teams and membersStrong desire to interact with the French HQ Preferred:Experience in planning and implementing training for oncology MRsManagerial experienceQualifications related to talent developmentEnglish communication skills at an intermediate level or higherOther:Participation in training provided by the French HQ is required.Support for training unrelated to assigned products will also be provided.Whatever your area of expertise, your work within the Servier Group helps advance therapeutic progress for the benefit of patients.
