Supervise daily production and pattern creation, provide instructions, and resolve problems with strong decision-making capabilities.Supervise the daily packing of the orders as per the updated ready to go list, make sure all the urgent orders are packed and sent , report immediately to the responsible person in case of any delay in the packing cause of any damages to find an immediate solution , The candidate must possess a high level of attention to detail and finishing skills.Prepare the tasks for the next day for the tailors, including the master cutter's plan. Ensure that all necessary materials are provided from the stock. Verify that the next day's plan is accurate and ready for handover.Ensure that all garments meet specified quality standards, including stitching, fit, finishing, and overall appearance.Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently (Team Leader)A keen eye for details, Identify and promptly address any quality issues, providing feedback to production teams for correction.Conduct audits of fabric rolls and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and inspect newly received raw materials before placing them in inventory.Prepare a pending list and a list of missing materials.Receive and verify returned shipments, conducting careful inspections. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlinesLiaise between fashion designer and the rest of the team. Help to manage output, workflow, and office deadlines.Expected to work longer hours when needed.Work with the design team to make sure the mood boards match the overall creative vision, Assisting in Daily Design Needs.Materials Catalogue Organization (Organize a catalog of all materials, like fabrics and accessories)Keep samples, prototypes, and swatches organized in a filing system. Help create and update a book of samples for easy reference.Motivate and supervise the team in everyday tasks such as sewing, patternmaking, and cutting. Keep a close eye on daily production to ensure it aligns with the designs.
