The facilities are in Agios Thomas, Voiotia and include scrap recycling processing unit, a melting and casting unit and melting and homogenizing furnaces with an annual production capacity of 100.000tons.Our products (billets and aluminium slabs) are intended for and serve the needs of ElvalHalcor’s aluminium sector. These core principles form the foundation of the Company’s daily operations and strategic direction.We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer with a continuous improvement mindset to join our Production team. You will ensure that the production process meets the technical specifications and KPIs.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations.Contribute to production planning operations to meet production targets.Monitor and optimizing process parameters.Support troubleshooting in production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain and update production documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.Qualifications And ExperienceDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Production EngineeringMaster’s degree will be considered an asset2-5 years of working experience in an industrial environmentExcellent communication skills in English and GreekPC LiteracyDemonstrated communication skills and team collaboration abilitiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsWhat We OfferA dynamic working environmentContinuous training and developmentCompetitive renumeration package along with a wide range of benefits#ANOXAL
