About MEMF Electrical Industries Co.MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:• Smart energy meters• Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)• LV & MV instrument transformers• LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)• Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)• FRP meter boxes & feeder pillarsOur products are internationally type-tested and backed by strong engineering expertise and certified quality systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001)Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities for power and distribution transformers.Monitor daily production output to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Work closely with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical and operational issues.Develop and implement process improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the production area.Prepare and maintain production reports, KPIs, and documentation.Support the commissioning and testing of transformers before delivery.Train and guide production technicians and operators.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).3–7 years of experience in transformer manufacturing or heavy electrical equipment production.Strong knowledge of transformer components and assembly processes.Familiarity with production planning tools and ERP systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
