Safety Officer🔍 About the RoleCitiScape is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining workplace safety systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with safety standards across all company operations. Your work will play a vital role in safeguarding our people, assets, and reputation.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain safety and health programs in line with ISO standards and local regulatory requirements.Monitor, report, and investigate safety incidents and risks to support a culture of continuous improvement.Conduct regular safety audits, workplace inspections, and equipment checks.Promote health and safety awareness among staff and ensure compliance with procedures.Lead emergency preparedness and response initiatives, including drills and training.Enforce security and safety policies across all facilities, including oversight of site guards.Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers on safety-related matters.📚 QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in any discipline (with high school diploma minimum).Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in safety, HSE, or industrial operations.Strong knowledge of occupational safety laws, regulations, and risk management.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.✅ Why Join CitiScape?At CitiScape, we’re building more than just infrastructure — we’re building a culture of safety, responsibility, and excellence.
