Production Manager - Die Casting

Work Location : Calamba, LagunaONSITERequirements:Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate, or Professional Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a production manager or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision engineering.Strong experience in managing production teams and implementing production strategies to drive results and secure commitment from team members.Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and Lean Manufacturing principles.Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Value Stream Mapping is highly advantageous.Experience in Die Casting (High Volume Casting Process).Ability to analyze and optimize production processes for greater efficiency and reduced costs.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proactive, energetic, and dynamic attitude with a strong work ethic.Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office.Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
