Production Manager

Experienced Production Manager to lead our production operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Plan and oversee daily production operations to ensure execution of operational plans.Manage production teams, monitor performance, and achieve key production KPIs.Develop and improve operating procedures to enhance quality, reduce waste, and increase productivity.Coordinate with related departments (Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Safety).Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of required materials.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and operational guidelines.Prepare periodic reports on production efficiency, challenges, and proposed solutions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in production, preferably in an industrial environment.Proven experience in team management and achieving strong operational results.Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Familiarity with ERP systems and production management tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.Key Skills:Team leadership & developmentOperational planningProcess improvement (Lean / CI)Quality managementData analysis & decision makingTime management & organization
