Production Manager

Our client is looking to hire a skilled Production Manager with extensive experience in aluminium manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.- Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet targets and project timelines.- Monitor and optimise production flow, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources.- Manage end-to-end aluminium manufacturing processes with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control.- Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and installation.- Prepare production reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.Requirements- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in production management within the UAE.- A strong background in aluminium manufacturing is mandatory.- Excellent knowledge of production planning, materials management, and workflow optimisation.- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control practices.
