Production Manager – Logistics Focus (70% Logistics / 30% Events)Remote: Mexico - Bogotá, ColombiaWe are looking for a Production Manager with strong logistics expertise to lead and execute high‑impact events across Latin America and the Caribbean.This role goes beyond event coordination — it’s about moving equipment, materials, and experiences seamlessly across borders.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage international shipments, customs clearance, and transportation for event materials.Leverage customs contacts across Caribbean islands to ensure fast, efficient operations.Take ownership of the end-to-end production management process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Lead and manage production staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve high-quality results.Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, securing competitive pricing.Oversee the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events to ensure exceptional attendee experiences.Develop and monitor budgets, tracking expenses and applying cost‑saving measures without compromising quality.Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in both logistics and event production.Identify potential bottlenecks, troubleshoot, and implement timely solutions.Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure seamless execution.RequirementsProven experience in logistics and event production (ideally 70% logistics, 30% events).Deep knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs processes.Strong vendor management and organizational skills.Fluent English; Spanish preferred.Willingness to travelThink: 70% logistics expert, 30% event producer — 100% delivering success.
