Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee day-to-day production activities to meet targets for quality, output, and deadlines.Plan, schedule, and organize workflow to optimize resource utilization.Supervise production staff, provide coaching and support, and ensure team performance meets operational standards.Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare production reports for management.Solve operational issues promptly and effectively.Support new product launches and process changes when required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 4 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management.Strong leadership and team-management abilities.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Solid understanding of production planning, workflow management, and continuous improvement principles.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
