Production Manager

Overview:As a Production Manager at Pakistan's largest mobile accessories manufacturing factory, you will oversee all aspects of the production process to ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of high-quality mobile accessories. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, optimising workflow, and implementing quality control measures to meet production targets while maintaining product quality standards.Responsibilities:Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor, including managing production staff, equipment, and resources effectively.Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and efficiency goals.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, minimise waste, and optimise resource utilisation.Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production operations and timely product delivery.Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to ensure high performance, job satisfaction, and skill development.I'd like for you to conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to address any performance issues.Maintain accurate production records, analyse production data, and prepare reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for achieving production targets, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to production operations, quality control, and workplace safety.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field.Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the consumer electronics or mobile accessories industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse production team.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure.Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.Proficiency in using production management software and tools to plan, monitor, and analyse production activities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Location:Gajju Mata, LahoreJoin our team and play a key role in driving the success of Pakistan's Largest mobile accessories manufacturing operations.
