Job PurposeResponsible for the execution of tasks in the Field Sales Services team for the Spanish market, supporting field sales team in the admin required to manage cold drink equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Management Support Support the SAP admin in the generation of cold drink equipment requests, equipment movements and malfunction notifications. Manage cold drink equipment requests for installation and/or withdrawal. Update field sales force on the status of their requests Update cold drink equipment framework contracts annexes Administration of Delivery notes and worksheets download for the installation, maintenance, and withdrawal of CDE requested by the customersKey Stakeholders Internal: Commercial Operations- BP Field sales services RTM- RTM Operations teams Field Sales teams Business, Process and Technology (BPT) Finance Team (occasional)Language Capability & expert levelEnglish – proficientSpanish - proficientEducation & Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, Data Science, or a related field.Capability Required & Expert Level Stakeholder Management & coordination Solid Written & Verbal Communication skillsNiche Skills Ability to automate and simplify processesBehavioural Capabilities Learning attitude Flexibility Proactivity (problem solving mindset) Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data handling Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
