Job Description

Job PurposeResponsible for the execution of tasks in the Trade and Store Service team, taking care of National, Regional, and Local Customer plans deployment defined by Commercial Development across all channels where we operate, providing support to the Sales team to facilitate their execution.Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Marketing Coordination and Logistics (Promotional & Activation Plans deployment) From the “promotional and activation dossier” developed by Commercial Development, create all plans into current information systems (SAP & PAM-Promotion and Aactivation Management tool) so that they are available to the commercial team. This includes details such as starting and ending dates, target customer profiles for extraction, pos materials and services used in each plan, target brands, packages and SKUs to develop, mechanics to be used, purchasing efforts, allocation distribution, etc. Handle material quotas (virtual stock distribution) for each Plan. Optimize material management by maximizing utilization and reducing sleeping stock. Provision and transfer materials to external activation agencies warehouses based on activation needs. Perform data upload and download in the Commercial Support application tool to ensure proper activation of plans and registration in SAP (for future analysis). Make the requested modifications in any phase of the defined process, as necessary for each Plan or under CD requests. Resolution of administrative incidents within their responsibility.PoS Materials Inventory/Logistics Management Support in the PoS materials inventory / logistics management by engaging external agencies, managing trade promotion logistics & delivery, performing service level and inventory stocks monitoring and controlling budget Masters (Management of warehouses master data, creation and modification/services access: DME user roles, dispatch warehouses, warehouse assignment by hierarchy type, etc.) Monster Assets Management: POS Materials creation, warehouse entries tracking, manual quota creation and Monster assets managementKey Stakeholders Internal: Service Line Business Partner Commercial Development (all channels) Field Sales Commercial Administration Support Services team Data AnalystExternal: HHG (CCEP POS Materials Sourcing External Partner) Activation Agencies Logistic Operator Customers Accentia (Outsourced Support Company)Language Capability & expert levelEnglish – proficientSpanish - proficientEducation & Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent.
