About the RoleAs a Professional Services Consultant at Yomly, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical solutions and ensuring the successful implementation of our HR & Payroll SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with project managers, customers, and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations, workflows, and scripts. This role blends development, consulting, and troubleshooting—ideal for a proactive problem-solver with strong technical and client-facing capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the project team to gather, interpret, and implement customer requirements using scripting tools (MySQL, Python, JavaScript).Deliver technical outputs such as custom reports, workflows, pipelines, integrations, and payslips tailored to client specifications.Participate in client meetings (onsite and remote) to provide technical consultation and propose implementation approaches aligned with Yomly’s best practices.Troubleshoot issues across data layers, scripts, and configurations; identify root causes and escalate internally while exploring workarounds to reduce customer impact.Contribute to internal quality assurance processes to maintain high delivery standards.Maintain up-to-date documentation for developed solutions and technical configurations.Estimate the time and effort required for customization tasks and assist in project planning.Coordinate with Product and Support teams to escalate platform-related issues and suggest enhancements.Support internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior technical consultants when required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.3+ years of scripting experience with a strong command of MySQL (mandatory), JavaScript (mandatory), and Python (preferred), MySQL and JavaScript should have been utilized in the last year.Experience in SaaS implementations, ideally in HRMS or Payroll systems.Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.High ownership mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Git, Confluence, or Jira is advantageous.About YouYou’re a technical consultant or analyst with a proven ability to deliver tailored solutions in client-facing roles.You thrive on solving complex problems and transforming customer pain points into clean, scalable implementations.You're equally confident analyzing SQL logs or discussing best practices directly with clients.You value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced environment.
