ResponsibilitiesYou will assist with planning and coordinating the electronic renewal infrastructure plan and process for online applications.You will provide technical and professional support and assistance to ensure that the content of the electronic application processes matches the paper process and is clear and straightforward.You will document finalized approvals from applicable internal stakeholders.You will provide technical and professional support for the execution of the infrastructure plan and process for licensure renewals.You will schedule timelines for key stakeholders to review previous versions of electronic and paper renewals and regularly follow up to ensure the timely delivery of finalized renewals. You will assist with the creation, editing, and reviewing of electronic versions of paper applications in the Regulatory Licensing and Enforcement System (ReLaes) Online Application Module.You will perform other technical and professional support and assistance on special projects, creating forms and documents, and preparing instructions.Minimum And Additional RequirementsMinimum Qualifications A high school diploma and relevant program experience.Preferred QualificationsProficient with ReLaes. Previous experience providing professional and technical services in a program area using Microsoft Office products and Adobe Pro. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Adobe Pro (particularly form creation). Strong computer skills and technology literacy and be adaptable to learning other proprietary computer systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Task-oriented and deadline driven.Strong organizational skills. Ability to complete projects and goals within established time schedules and deadlines. Ability to multi-task and simultaneously navigate multiple online computer systems.Other RequirementsPosition works in an office environment with extended periods of sitting and standing. May require occasional work outside of normal office hours. May be required to lift, carry, move and/or position objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
