The Program Coordinator will provide high-level coordination and support for the Alfredo and Gloria Bonilla-Santiago Scholarship Fund and serve as a critical liaison to LEAP alumni and the broader community. This role is responsible for leading the scholarship's application, selection, allocation, and tracking processes, as well as overseeing fundraising and donor stewardship efforts. The coordinator also supports the planning and execution of Community Leadership Center (CLC) events and coordinates the placement and tracking of Rutgers University students (tutors, fellows, interns) across LEAP and CLC programs.This is a grant funded position contingent upon the availability of funds to support it.FLSA Nonexempt Grade 04 Salary Details Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, within university policy and salary schedules, as well as departmental budgets.
