We believe that travel should not only be transformative for the traveler but also a force for good, and that's the ethos we infuse into every experience we design.Role DescriptionThe Program Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of adventure travel programs for Global Service Trips and Wanderlust Adventures under the Wanderlust Adventure Group umbrella. This role focuses on volunteer coordination, logistics management, and program coordination to ensure seamless delivery of immersive travel experiences.Key Responsibilities:Itinerary & Logistics Planning:Arrange accommodation, transportation, and meals for participantsCoordinate with vendors and service providers to secure resourcesManage travel logistics and provide pre-departure information to participantsParticipant Support:Serve as primary contact for participant inquiries and concernsAddress issues promptly and professionally throughout the program cycleTroubleshoot unexpected challenges and implement solutions on-site or remotelyProgram Evaluation:Collect participant feedback and performance data after each programIdentify areas for improvement and recommend enhancementsMonitor program budgets and identify cost-effective solutionsAdditional duties as assigned by the Managing DirectorQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related fieldExceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with participants and stakeholdersPrevious experience in program coordination, event management, or travel operations preferredStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in project management software and digital collaboration toolsAdaptable problem-solver with ability to work independentlyPassion for adventure travel and cultural immersion experiencesRequirements:Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote workPersonal laptop suitable for professional useValid, clean driver's licenseTo Apply: Submit your application through the link provided.
