We are seeking an experienced Program Director – Netball (Development) to lead our All Hallows’ Netball program alongside our Program Director – Netball (Operations). As a proven leader with experience in establishing and growing successful Netball programs, you will have a deep understanding of player development pathways, from beginner to high performance levels, and a passion for providing opportunities for students to grow and develop.Working under the direction of the Head of Sport, as the Program Director – Netball (Development), you will provide strategic leadership and hands-on management of the School’s Netball program with a focus on designing and implementing player, coach, and whole of program development initiatives from our grassroots participation through to our high-performance tournament programs. You will also have the opportunity to take on an active coaching role within the School’s Netball program. In the role, you will lead and mentor an extensive team of coaches, umpires and volunteers within our Netball program, fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performance environment which caters for all students.Your leadership skills will be matched by your ability to work collaboratively with key Sport staff to manage the day-to-day operations of a large net ball program. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator who has the ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider school community, and is aligned to the School’s commitment to provide high quality sport programs which support the overall wellbeing of our students.This role is a full-time, permanent position which requires availability for early mornings, afternoons and weekends to support the operational needs of the School’s sport program. The distribution of hours will be determined by the Head of Sport in consultation with the successful applicant.
