Program Manager – AI-Driven L&D & Performance ManagementAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and execution-driven Program Manager to lead AI productization initiatives in Learning & Development and Performance Management. In this high-impact role, you will build scalable systems from 0 → 1, leveraging AI-powered tools and dashboards to drive performance, capability building, and employee engagement across the organization.If you love execution, innovation, and working with AI to solve complex problems, this role is for you!What You’ll DoBuild and implement AI-driven tools & automation for L&D and performance systems.Design smart dashboards to track performance and generate actionable insights for leadership.Create personalized AI-first learning programs to drive upskilling and leadership readinessOversee performance review cycles (goal-setting, feedback loops, and role alignment) ensuring full adoption.Develop career frameworks and growth pathways across key functions (Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing).Drive engagement initiatives, new hire induction, and cultural alignment programs.Collaborate with HR, tech, and functional heads to identify skill gaps and design AI-enabled solutions.Ensure operational excellence by building repeatable, scalable processes with strong documentation.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 1.5 – 5 years in Program Management / HR Tech / L&D / Performance Systems (startups preferred).Proven ability to execute projects from 0-1 with high ownership and speed.Strong understanding or interest in automation, data analytics, and dashboards.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Compensation & LogisticsCTC: Up to ₹11 LPA (Based on experience & performance).Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office).Working Days: 6 days/week.Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM.
