Program Manager

JOB SUMMARY:The Program Manager oversees a portfolio of projects with a combined total of up to 20 MWp, managing cross-project risks, dependencies, and financial performance while ensuring client satisfaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee performance of assigned project portfolio.Allocate resources and manage cross-project dependencies.Manage portfolio budgets up to ₱300M.Implement portfolio-level risk and change management.Ensure portfolio profitability and margin protection.Mentor Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or Engineering.8–10 years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years in solar or renewable energy.PMP required, PgMP preferred.Advanced leadership and portfolio management skills.
