Specifically, you will lead a multi‑workstream digital marketing transformation (spanning our Customer Data Platform (CDP), Digital Experience Platform (DXP), website content overhaul and migration, advertising platform optimization, and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) consolidation), ensuring all runs smoothly and aligns with broader marketing and business objectives. As a key point of contact for major enterprise planning programs, you’ll play an instrumental role in driving visibility, ensuring progress, and maintaining alignment across cross-functional teams in Marketing and IT and in partnership with project managers on both sides.You’ll be responsible for managing a complex, multi-track program with a focus on large-scale, high-visibility initiatives. This program contribute directly to strategic goals and require a hands-on approach to leadership, prioritization, and coordination to ensure seamless execution. Your role will include not only keeping the flow of work moving but also acting as the primary liaison for the program tied to our enterprise annual planning. Your ability to communicate effectively and keep stakeholders informed and engaged will be essential.Let’s talk about Responsibilities:Shape the digital marketing transformation roadmap, organize initiatives, and oversee progress across sub‑projects. Ensure goals and scope are clearly defined and aligned so every initiative contributes to broader business objectives.Lead the end‑to‑end program for CDP, DXP, website content overhaul, ad platform optimization, and MAP consolidation, including platform selection or optimization, sequencing of work, cutover planning, and stabilization.Develop and manage workflows for complex, multi-track engagements—prioritizing what matters most and ensuring alignment with business outcomes.Mentor and support Project Managers, guiding best practices in planning, execution, and risk management.Act as the primary liaison between leadership and project teams, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and resource needs.Implement scalable processes that improve team efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and project outcomes. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks–developing and driving mitigation strategies.Champion Agile and iterative processes, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. Facilitate program‑level ceremonies and cross‑team planning.Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation and task tracking to support program oversight and execution. Track and report on key performance metrics and program health to support data-driven decision-making.Lead regular meetings to gather and communicate status, plan changes, risks, and issues across the program. Facilitate workshops, ceremonies, or activities needed to gather insights and lead strategically at the program level.Oversee vendor and partner management, including SOWs, deliverables, and performance against outcomes.Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:10+ years of experience managing programs and large-scale projectsProven experience leading and mentoring Project Managers, establishing ways of workingStrong backgrounds in marketing program management, including digital marketing and MarTech transformationEnterprise website content overhaul experience at scale, including content inventory and audit, information architecture, migration planning and execution, localization, and decommissioning of legacy sites.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; confident interfacing with leadership and cross-functional teamsStrong, fluent English skillsDeep knowledge of project and program management processes and methodologiesSkilled at managing competing priorities across multiple projects and teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with complex dependency and release planningExceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk and issue resolutionExperience driving scalable processes and improving operational efficiency within large, matrixed organizationsWorking knowledge of modern MarTech and data ecosystems. Examples may include CDPs (Hightouch, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium), DXPs and CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Optimizely), MAPs (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), consent and tag management, analytics and experimentation, and paid media platforms.Additional information :At ResMed, all employees benefit from a bonus plan, the percentage of which depends on your position within the organisation.
