Overview We are looking for an organized, strategic, and results-driven Program Manager to oversee multi-phase initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of program goals. This role is ideal for someone who excels at planning, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and guiding projects from concept to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & ExecutionDevelop program plans outlining goals, timelines, budgets, resources, and success metrics.Coordinate multiple projects under the program umbrella to ensure strategic alignment.Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with project managers, product teams, operations, finance, and leadership.Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.Lead regular program meetings and provide updates on risks, progress, and priorities.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify potential risks, gaps, or blockers impacting program success.Develop mitigation plans and coordinate solutions with the appropriate teams.Maintain clear documentation of issues, decisions, and action items.Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor KPIs, program outcomes, and quality standards.Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership.Analyze data to identify improvements and optimize future phases.Budget & Resource CoordinationAssist with budget planning, cost tracking, and financial forecasts.Coordinate resource allocation, staffing needs, and vendor support when applicable.Ensure program activities stay within scope and budget.Process ImprovementEvaluate workflows and recommend enhancements for efficiency and scalability.Support implementation of new tools, systems, and standardized best practices.Promote continuous improvement across projects and teams.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related fields.Strong understanding of program lifecycle, planning, and execution.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project, Monday.com).Ability to manage complex timelines and work across multiple teams.PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are an asset but not required.Ideal Candidate TraitsStrategic thinker with strong attention to detail.Confident facilitator who can coordinate diverse teams.Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution-oriented.Proactive leader with a passion for delivering meaningful results.
