Job DescriptionPosition PurposeThe Program Manager leads the Individual Coaching Program, ensuring its strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable impact within MSF’s learning and development framework. The role focuses on strengthening MSF’s coaching culture by promoting equitable access, maintaining quality standards, and embedding coaching into organizational learning pathways. It drives program delivery, innovation, and monitoring while fostering collaboration and inclusivity across the MSF movement. In Parallel, the position plays a key role in managing the transition of program operations from the MSF Norway Mentoring & Coaching Hub (MCHub) to MSF South Asia, ensuring a smoother process that supports long-term sustainability and alignment with MSF’s global strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram LeadLead the phased transfer of Individual Coaching folder activities (2026–2031), ensuring smooth handover from MSF Norway Hub.Align with MCHub strategy and standards by ensuring program activities reflect the global vision and quality benchmarks set by MCHub.Support strategic decision-making by coordinating with MCHub on program strategy, recruitment of coaches, and framework coherence.Build MSF South Asia’s operational ownership by gradually transferring responsibilities and strengthening local accountability structures.Strengthen partnerships across regions to ensure interoperability and global inclusivityStakeholder Engagement & CollaborationAct as a main liaison between MCHub and MSF South Asia for technical support and knowledge transferSeek and coordinate the relationship with both internal and external partners when relevant, on specific offers and topics.Cross-regional collaborations initiated, especially with WaCa and Ubuntu, and additionally with APAC and LatAm.Coordinate with the Coaching platform regarding dissemination of progress, updates, and program outcomes on the Individual CoachingLead communication to ensure visibility, participation, and smooth delivery of the programProgram Delivery & ManagementManage daily operations of the Individual Coaching Program, including coordination with coaches, coachees, and partners.Oversee matching processes and support the full coaching journey for both coaches and coachees.Manage specific projects related to the Individual Coaching Program, in agreement with requesting entitiesCapacity Building & TrainingIdentify and provide the induction to potential coachesProvide mentoring and support to the coaches on a need-basisCoordinate coaching education programs and related training for coaches and coachees.Promote knowledge-sharing and intercultural learning across regions.Act as an Internal Coach and facilitator for the coaching and/or mentoring curriculum (Introduction to Mentoring, Coaching approach to mentoring, Coaching Education, Coaching Skills Workshop)Support regional talent development by expanding the pool of trained and accredited coaches.Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)In alignment with MCHub, ensure robust MEL processes to track program quality, outcomes, and impact of activities.Maintain the established quality and quantity, and improve the effectiveness of the programProduce analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and global platforms.In alignment with MCHub, develop relevant partnership with stakeholders in the movementInnovation & Program DevelopmentIn alignment with MCHub guidance, Coordinate the implementation of CPD activitiesImplement and /or support key partners, in the implementation of the activitiesProvide technical inputs to our key partners in CPD activitiesCommunicate and/or support key partners in the communication around the activitiesPilot innovative tools (AI-enabled matching, digital platforms) and integrate lessons learned.Support the development of digital solutions relevant to coaching (Digital Logbook, Computer assisted matching, application forms integrated with salesforce, etc.)Participate to the creation of multimedia material for an effective communication of the activitiesMaintain adherence to ethical standards to global Code of Ethics and MCHub Code of Conduct.HOW TO APPLYPlease send a copy of your updated CV together with a letter of motivation by clicking on the link below:https://msfindia.zohorecruit.in/jobs/Careers/33660000008217357/Program-Manager-%E2%80%93-Individual-Coaching-Program?source=CareerSite Application checklist:Please check that you have included the following in your application:- An updated CV/ profile along with the Letter of Motivation, which is a supporting statement demonstrating how you meet the key requirements of the role.
