This role will focus on administering Sitecore, building and restructuring pages, optimizing content visibility through Sitecore Search, and improving overall page layout and user experience. The ideal candidate combines Sitecore expertise with modern front-end development skills.Sitecore Administration• Configure and maintain Sitecore 10.4 CMS settings, templates, and workflows.• Implement admin-level changes to support evolving business needs.• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.• Content & Page Development• Build new pages and restructure existing ones using Sitecore components and layouts.• Develop and maintain front-end experiences using Next.js integrated with Sitecore.• Ensure responsive design and adherence to brand guidelines.• Optimize page performance and accessibility.• Search & Indexing• Manage Sitecore Search indexing and visibility settings.• Troubleshoot and resolve search-related issues.• Implement best practices for content discoverability.• Layout & UX Improvements• Enhance page layouts for better engagement and conversion.• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement UI/UX improvements.• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis.• Quality Assurance & Maintenance• Perform regular audits of content and functionality.• Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues.• Stay current with Sitecore updates and apply patches as needed.Technical Skills• 5+ years of experience with Sitecore CMS (version 10.4 preferred).• Proficiency in Sitecore architecture, templates, components, and workflows.• Strong experience with Next.js and modern front-end development.• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.• Experience with Sitecore Search and indexing configuration.• Understanding of SEO best practices within Sitecore.• Preferred version 10.4 preferred• Experience with Sitecore SXA and/or Headless implementations.• Knowledge of .NET development and Sitecore API.• Familiarity with personalization and analytics features in Sitecore.Soft Skills• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
