Join us and be a part of our mission to drive sustainability through technology and talent at Tata Consultancy Services, APAC todayRequired Technical Skill SetRelevant technical certification or equivalent work experience in JIRA administrationDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-HaveProven experience in project coordination, financial reporting, and procurement within the IT sectorDemonstrated experience as a JIRA Administrator in a multi-project or programme environmentProven ability to configure and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and boardsExperience in designing dashboards and reports for management and delivery teamsExcellent attention to detail and process disciplineStrong stakeholder engagement and support skillsGood-to-HavePreferredPlanview PPM tool experience with ability to link different data sources to create meaningful insightsExperience within transformation, technology, or software delivery programmesExposure to tools integrated with JIRA (e.g., Confluence, Zephyr, or similar)Experience supporting Agile and hybrid delivery methodsRole descriptions / Expectations from the Role Jira Administration:Responsible for maintaining Jira and enabling effective work tracking and delivery across the Programme, this includes:Helping to establish the Jira work breakdown structure (WBS) hierarchy following agreed models,Creating foundation tickets, e.g. Themes, Epics, and Features, using details sourced from each Theme Solution Design,Managing system user access and permissions, and optimisation of licensing assignment and usage,Providing training and support to all new starters, including formatting and quality standards to be followed,Supporting programme members to create lower-level tickets, e.g. User Stories, Test Stories, Bugs.Helping to ensure all tickets follow agreed quality standards, and are linked correctly to parent tickets,Producing reporting and tracking at various levels within Jira, including maintaining dashboards and filters,Generally, providing programme-wide support to ensure consistency, quality, and effective information across Jira.Programme Co-ordination:Responsible for providing programme support to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, this includes helping to:Onboard new starters efficiently and ensuring access to all required systems,Ensure all new starters are supported and settling into their new roles,Manage systems and processes required to track project delivery performance,Manage programme controls including issues, risks, CR, and decision management,Prepare weekly and other ad hoc reporting as required.Financial and Procurement Administration:Responsible for ensuring the efficient management and processing of all programme costs, this includes:Raising Purchase Orders (POs) for all approved spend and ensuring these are quickly approved,Managing overtime process, approvals and reporting through to payroll,Conducting end-of-month reviews of programme Timesheeting and ensuring labour costs are correctly assigned,Good receipting POs for all costs incurred and ensuring appropriate accruals are provided for each month,Ensuring that all internal and external invoices are paid by the due date, and quickly resolving issues when these ariseAssisting the Programme Finance Partner to maintain and submit accurate financial forecasts.
