Project Analyst

Good experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operations within financial services or technologyBasic understanding of Global Markets products and trading systems is preferredFamiliarity with SDM 5.0 or similar project governance frameworks is a strong advantageProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Jira and Confluence is a plusStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksRequirementsAssist in tracking and coordinating Global Markets projects, ensuring alignment with SDM 5.0 governance and documentation standardsSupport the preparation and maintenance of project artefacts including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plansCollaborate with senior analysts and project managers to monitor project timelines, risks, and dependenciesParticipate in stakeholder meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow-upsHelp facilitate testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation, execution tracking, and defect managementProvide support in project reporting, status updates, and dashboards for senior managementAssist in resolving operational issues related to trading platforms, market data, and booking processesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle
