We are seeking an experienced Project Lead who is highly capable, motivated and driven by conceptual thinking, design and detail.Lead diverse, impactful projects across SA with real responsibility.Join an award-winning studio shaping meaningful, community-focused places.Step into senior leadership and grow your career in a supportive team.The RoleAs a Project Leader, you will manage projects from concept through to construction, ensuring outcomes that meet the needs of clients, users, and communities. You will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication, while leading and supporting project teams and contributing to the development of junior staff. This position offers the opportunity to work across diverse sectors, including Education, Health, Defence, Community, and Recreation, on projects of varying scales at local, regional, and national levels.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the design and delivery of architectural projects across all stages, from concept through to construction.Oversee project budgets, timelines, programs, and documentation to ensure smooth and successful delivery.Foster strong, proactive relationships with clients, consultants, stakeholders, and contractors to maintain alignment with project aspirations and outcomes.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop designs that balance functionality, creativity, technical rigour, and long-term impact.Mentor and support team members, contributing to professional growth and a collaborative, high-performing studio culture.Lead and assist with the production of design and construction documentation, including Revit-based deliverables.Ensure projects comply with the NCC, relevant Australian Standards, and internal QA processes.Work across a variety of sectors, with opportunities to contribute to local, regional, and national projects.The Like MindYou're a Registered Architect with 4+ year experience post grad with a strong track record delivering and documenting projects. Confident using Revit, you bring a thorough understanding of technical documentation, stakeholder engagement and consultant coordination. You communicate clearly, manage deadlines well and bring a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
