OverviewLead and execute inside and outside sales activities for residential condominium units to maximize occupancy, revenue, and market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesInside SalesManage incoming leads via phone, email, and digital channels.Qualify prospects, schedule viewings, and follow up on inquiries.Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM systems.Coordinate with internal teams for unit availability, pricing updates, and documentation.Outside SalesConduct property showings, open houses, and site visits for prospective buyers or tenants.evelop and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and referral partners.Attend networking events and engage with potential clients in the market.Monitor competitor offerings and provide feedback to adjust pricing and promotions.Reporting & PerformanceTrack sales and leasing performance, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.Prepare regular reports for management on pipeline, market trends, and performance metrics.QualificationsExperience in residential condo sales or leasing, with both inside and outside sales exposure.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of broker networks, CRM systems, and lead management processes.Organized, target-driven, and customer-focused with strong follow-through.
