Team Head (Mortgage Loan)

With BDO Home Loan, we turn our customers’ plans for a home or property into reality, with financing options, appraisal deals and fast application.Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall supervision of the team: planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the team to achieve the overall established objective and target of the Unit.Responsible for building strong relationships and strengthening tie- up with managed channel and business partners. Identifying business opportunties and translating them into workable strategies with the end view of growing the Home Loan business.Maintains and ensures booking of quality loan portfolioOversees and ensures fulfillment of satisfactory customer journeyResponsible for driving individual productivity and high- level team performance; and collaborating with support units for the attainment of targets and goals.Evaluates and recommends marketing program in order to develop enhanced Sales and Lead Generation efforts.Oversees and ensures the fulfillment and compliance of major documentary deficiencies specifically Real Estate Mortgage registration, Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI) & Fire Insurance Coverage and monitoring of the 100% completion of the project.Financial Goal -implements approved policies , plans and programs to achieve the established objectives and targets of the unit and the department.Channel Management- establish strong tie- up with assigned channel "i,e., branches, brokers. sales agents and developers and establish systematic salesOperational Efficiency and Customer Handling- closely supervises the Account Officers in delivering satisfactory service to customersQualificationsAt least 5 yrs experience in Real Estate Loans with good retail, marketing , credit and legal documentation experienceHas problem solving and decision- making skillsGood communication and presentation skills
