Job Description:Partner with business stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy and roadmapAnalyzes and develops differentiation against key competitors by understanding the market landscape, emerging technology, and customer needs and trendsSynthesize customer feedback, research and market analysis opportunities into actionable features and experiments that will enhance user satisfactionTranslate business, user and product needs into requirements (user stories and tasks) and a prioritized roadmap and product backlog based on business goals and resource requirementsDeliver marketing requirement documents (MRD) and product requirement documents (PRD) with prioritized features and corresponding justificationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, web publishing, development, etc.) to design, build, launch, assess, and iterate against product featuresAct as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needsWork closely with development, sales, marketing, and customer care to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are metLead and obtain strategic buy-in from internal and external stakeholdersUser acceptance testing/product QA for ongoing deployments and product launchEstablish KPIs to track product success, progress, and usagePartner with the analytics team to measure KPIs and monitor product performance in terms of digital product adoption and progress against goalsRun A/B tests, analyze data, recognize trends, and identify key levers for optimizationEnsure digital products comply with industry standards and company quality guidelinesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree Technical background/aptitude and willingness to learn, with experience in Drupal/WordPress preferredDemonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectivesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in cross-functional, matrixed teams – a collaboration with relevant stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer care, legal/privacy, etc., and team players such as UX design, web publishing, and IT development teams is requiredProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityStrong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads to support continuous, meaningful deliveryKnowledgeable in e-commerce and digital paymentsCertified Agile or Scrum product management is preferred
