Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Define and track project requirements, scope, and timelines. Coordinate resources, schedules, and third-party vendors. Monitor budgets and progress to ensure delivery on time and within scope. Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and reports. Assist with proposals, schedules, and cost tracking. Identify potential issues early and escalate where required. Support continuous improvement of project management processes. Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold Nuttall’s reputation for quality and reliability. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a Project Co-ordination or Account Support role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisation and multitasking ability. Confidence using project management systems and tools. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Experience in manufacturing, construction, or fit-out environments advantageous.
