The role focuses on planning, cost control, and risk management to ensure transparency, performance optimization, and successful project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet scope, time, cost, and quality objectives.Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.Manage cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure continuity and delivery performance.Supervise project control staff and ensure consistent application of NHC’s project management standards.Prepare accurate and timely progress reports and KPI dashboards for management.Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to align project performance with NHC’s strategic goals.Contribute to project feasibility assessments and financial reviews to support informed decision-making.Ensure compliance with NHC policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).Master’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering Management (preferred).Certifications:Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), or equivalent certification preferred.Experience+10 years of experience in project control management.Proven experience in residential development, real estate, and mega projects within KSA is highly desirable.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills:Project scheduling (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project)Cost management and control techniquesRisk management (identification, assessment, mitigation)Business & Financial Acumen:Budget and financial managementMarket and feasibility analysisContract and agreement negotiationUnderstanding of real estate development principles and NHC frameworksLeadership & Communication:Team leadership and motivationStakeholder and conflict managementEffective communication and teamworkCore Competencies:Integrity and ethicsAccountability and responsibilityBusiness acumen and commercial awarenessKey ObjectivesEnsure effective time, cost, and quality control across NHC projects.Maximize project profitability and return on investment.Strengthen coordination and performance reporting between project teams and management.Drive alignment with NHC’s strategic goals and operational excellence standards.
