Job SummaryA leading landscape and infrastructure construction company is seeking a Surveyor to perform accurate site surveying, leveling, and setting-out works. The Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring all measurements, coordinates, and elevations are precise and aligned with project drawings and specifications, supporting the site and engineering teams in successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Carry out topographic, layout, and level surveys for construction and landscaping projects.Set out coordinates, benchmarks, and reference points as per approved drawings.Verify site levels, dimensions, and alignments during all stages of construction.Maintain accurate survey records and prepare as-built data and reports.Operate and maintain survey instruments (Total Station, GPS, Leveling Device).Coordinate with project and QA/QC teams to ensure measurement accuracy.Review subcontractors’ survey works for compliance with specifications.Support the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in surveying works within landscape, civil, or infrastructure projects (GCC experience preferred).Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD.Strong technical knowledge of topographic and setting-out procedures.Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong reporting skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
