This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who excels in organization, communication, and multitasking. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of branding and marketing projects, supporting internal teams, and maintaining consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple branding projects simultaneously. Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects. Anticipate potential challenges and work collaboratively to find effective solutions. Support the creative and account management teams with logistics and resource coordination. QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within marketing or creative industries. Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
