Melbourne Park is home to Australia’s most iconic sporting and entertainment venues — including Rod Laver Arena, AAMI Park, and John Cain Arena — and hosts millions of visitors each year for world-class events like the Australian Open, as well as global music acts from Beyoncé to The Rolling Stones.Following the completion of a $972 million redevelopment, Melbourne Park continues to invest in the future of the precinct — and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to help bring our next major project to life.The RoleJoining Melbourne Park on a 12 month fixed term contract and Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of this milestone project whilst operating within a live, high-profile environment. The project will be managed within a very tight timeframe and will take the expertise of an exceptional project coordinator.You’ll be responsible for:Maintaining project schedules, registers, and documentationCoordinating internal and external meetings — including agendas, minutes, and action trackingPreparing Project Steering Committee and Project Control Group packsSupporting stakeholder communication across diverse internal and external groupsHelping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with Melbourne Park’s high standardsThis is a hands-on, site-based role requiring close collaboration with teams across Capital Works, Asset Management, Facilities, Finance, Venues, and Operations. Your communication and prioritisation skills will be second to none.About YouYou’ll thrive in a structured, fast-paced project environment where communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement are key.
