Project Director – Buckinghamshire £100,000–£150,000 + Executive Package Leading Main Contractor – Data Centres & Industrial ProjectsA leading UK main contractor is seeking an exceptional Project Director to oversee major data centre and industrial projects across the Buckinghamshire region. This is a senior leadership position suited to someone with a proven ability to drive large-scale, mission-critical schemes from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.The Role: As Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of complex projects valued between £50m–£150m. You will provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensure adherence to programme, quality and budget, and act as the key client interface throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of large-scale data centre and industrial projects (50m–150m).Oversee construction strategy, sequencing, and project governance.Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and compliance.Drive excellence in safety, quality, programme management and commercial performance.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.Ensure the project adheres to all contractual, technical and regulatory requirements.Provide accurate progress reporting to the executive leadership team.Support pre-construction, bid development and project planning activities.About You:Demonstrated track record delivering major construction projects £50m–£150m.Experience within data centres, industrial, advanced manufacturing or mission-critical environments.Strong commercial and contractual understanding.Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams.Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.A strategic, delivery-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Package:£100,000–£150,000 salary (DOE)Car/allowanceBonusPension & healthcareAdditional executive benefits
