You'll manage multiple digital projects across a variety of clients and sectors - from early-stage prototypes and innovation experiments to large-scale production systems. You'll work in an agile, collaborative environment, helping our teams and clients stay focused, adaptive, and creative as projects evolve.At Rocketmakers, we meet our clients where they are in product development - whether that's shaping an early concept, building an MVP, or scaling a mature product - and you'll play a key role in guiding them through that journey. Part of your work will involve helping clients clarify their goals, refine their ideas, and build strong project plans, drawing on our collective experience to set them up for success.Alongside project delivery, you'll also contribute to internal initiatives such as refining our delivery processes and supporting proposal writing.We're Queens Award winners, have recently been recognised as Dev Agency of the Year at both the UK Dev Awards and the Global Business Tech Awards, and continue to seek out projects that make a meaningful difference. Take a look at our projects.What You'll DoLead multiple digital product development projects from discovery through delivery, working closely with designers, developers, and product ownersBuild strong relationships with clients - keeping communication open, expectations clear, and delivery on trackManage project scope, timeline, budget, resourcing and riskTailor agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to suit a project's needsSupport internal operations - for example, contributing to proposal writing, process improvement, and documentationCollaborate with the leadership and delivery teams to continuously improve how we plan and deliver projectsRequirementsWe're looking for someone who:Has 4+ years of experience managing digital or software projects/products, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment Has led cross-functional teams to deliver projects/productsIs comfortable juggling multiple concurrent projects and clientsIs proactive, adaptable, and confident in managing project challenges and conversationsHas excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be working closely with both clients and cross-functional teamsEnjoys contributing beyond project delivery - improving processes, supporting proposalsTakes ownership, keeps to commitments, and thrives in a collaborative, transparent environmentWorking hoursThis is a full-time permanent role, however, we would consider 4 days a week for the right candidate. Our current working model is flexible, with at least one day to be spent in the office in Bath.
