The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end delivery of capital projects across packaging systemsExecuting projects from concept through to commissioning and handoverCoordinating project schedules to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timeframesOverseeing implementation activities, maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and qualityDriving cost-effective, fit-for-purpose engineering solutionsCollaborating with internal engineering teams, clients, and equipment suppliers to resolve technical queries and achieve successful outcomesYour Background To be successful in this role, you will have:Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical EngineeringUp to 5+ years’ experience managing capital projects within the food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing industriesA mix of hands-on and strategic project management capabilityStrong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple stakeholdersProven ability to deliver practical, results-driven packaging solutions in fast-paced environmentsWhat’s On Offer This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly regarded engineering consultancy delivering major capital projects for some of Australia’s leading manufacturers.
