Job Description

ResponsibilitiesPerform geotechnical analyses of soil samples and assess site conditions for construction and marine infrastructure projects.Analyse soil parameters and evaluate the stability of structures under normal and seismic conditions.Provide geotechnical input for dredging production planning and reclamation works.Verify and validate soil conditions during project execution.Prepare soil databases, geological models, and Geotechnical Interpretative Reports (GIR).Design, analyse, and recommend ground improvement solutions for structural support.Manage and supervise ground improvement works and site investigations.Review and approve geotechnical designs developed by third-party consultants.Lead field inspection activities, including silt monitoring and soil testing.Support tender evaluations, technical proposals, and project cost estimates.Ensure QA/QC compliance in design, data processing, and field activities.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.QualificationsEngineering degree in Geotechnical, Geology, or an equivalent discipline.Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in similar role and industry.Experience in dredging and civil marine projects is highly preferred.
