Site Engineer (Ground Improvement)

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate on-site geotechnical and ground improvement activities.Assist in implementing ground improvement works including soil stabilization, vibro-compaction, stone columns, and other relevant techniques.Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.Collect, record, and report geotechnical data from site investigations, tests, and monitoring activities.Assist in verifying soil conditions and performance of ground improvement works.Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of works.Support the preparation of site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.Coordinate field inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.QualificationsDegree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar role and industry.Experience in dredging and civil marine projects is highly preferred.
