This individual will be a key leader within the organization, responsible for overseeing project teams, managing client relationships, mitigating risk, and ensuring financial and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level leadership on complex industrial projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee financial performance, budgets, schedules, risk management, and deliverables for assigned projectsServe as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfactionMentor and develop project teams, providing guidance, training, and career development supportCollaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams to ensure seamless project deliveryMaintain compliance with safety, quality, and company standards across all phases of the projectQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred10+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record delivering ground-up industrial projects $40M–$60M+Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk managementDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire project teamsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary of $155,000 – $195,000Annual performance-based bonusProfit sharing programComprehensive benefits package (health, retirement, etc.)Career advancement opportunities within a growing, highly reputable organization
