Project Manager - Banking Industry

Location: Bintaro Tangerang Selatan (Full WFO)PKWT 1 YearQualifications Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.Project Management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are highly preferred.Technical certifications are a plus. Professional Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in infrastructure-related projects.Hands-on experience in system deployment, installation, and migration within data center environments (on-premise or hybrid/cloud).Proven track record of managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Technical Skills:Strong understanding of data center architecture including servers, storage, networking, and security.Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure.Ability to review and evaluate technical designs and provide constructive feedback. Managerial & Communication Skills:Capable of developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.Skilled in coordinating technical teams and external vendors.Effective communicator, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Inspirational leadership and ability to perform under pressure.Adaptable to evolving technologies and business needs.Responsibilities To lead and manage IT infrastructure & Cyber Security projects, particularly those involving deployment and installation in data center environments. The role requires strong technical expertise and proven project management capabilities. Plan and manage the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure & Cyber Security projects. Ensure smooth deployment and installation of systems in data center environments, meeting standards and SLAs. Identify and mitigate project risks effectively. Serve as the liaison between technical teams, management, and third-party vendors.
