Join our Atlanta team as a Business Transformation Project Manager!This role is hybrid, onsite three days per week at our Corporate Atlanta Office. This position reports to the Digital Transformation Director and leads initiatives that improve how the business operates by coordinating process design, system enhancements, and data solutions.What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree required; background in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.3-5 years of relevant experience required Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid); Agile or Scrum certification preferred.Hands-on experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP; exposure to system implementations or upgrades preferred.Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, or actionable work plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data and reporting outputs.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with BI or reporting tools preferred.Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present to senior stakeholders.Spanish language proficiency preferred.What We OfferAn attractive compensation package with either bonus or profit/gain sharing eligibility for every roleHealth plans with options that meet your needs, including a wellness program, gym reimbursement, and additional benefits such as pet insurance, legal insurance, employer-paid and voluntary life insurance, and morePaid maternity and paternity leave, a competitive vacation package, and company and floating holidays designed to support your work-life balanceRetirement planning options, including generous employer contributionsOpportunities to learn and develop, including a tuition reimbursement programIn This Role, You WouldLead business transformation initiatives by coordinating process design, system enhancements, and data solutions across functional teams.Act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.Facilitate design sessions and working meetings to define processes, requirements, and solution approaches.Develop and execute roadmaps and budgets for business transformation and operational systems.Drive initiatives forward by defining timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring commitments are met.Review current business processes and system usage, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.Proactively work with functional teams to define action plans that improve processes and operational performance. Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating issues as needed to keep initiatives on track.Support training, documentation, and change adoption efforts for new processes and systems.Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends related to business transformation, systems, and operational improvement.Continuous improvement of tools and processes for Planning and Logistics.Explore and propose innovative Supply Chain opportunities to better serve our customers and increase our operational efficiencies.
