Delivering projects in a live environment with an emphasis on electrical and mechanical building services. Delivering a project across the portfolio that range between $10million to $100million. You'll receive a competitive salary package, as well as ongoing training and support from a company that is invested in promoting your personal and professional development.ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLEAs Project Manager, you'll be overseeing the construction of major complex buildings projects from inception to completion. You will have a high degree of responsibility over the course of the project lifecycle and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver project outcomes efficiently and to the highest standard.You will be the go-to person for:Ensuring projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered to meet budget and quality expectationsManaging stakeholders - your team members, the client, subcontractors and other relevant personnelEstablishing strong working relationships with delivery partners to ensure relevant scopes of work are in accordance with requirements of the package of worksManaging all aspects of project delivery, including design management, from concept to delivery stageOverseeing procurement planning and execution - RFIs, tendering, analysing, recommending, and awardingContract management, Identifying and managing construction risks, ensuring safe sites and escalating issues when requiredMaintaining regular meetings and reports to ensure projects are on track.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLEMinimum 5-8+ years’ experience as a Project ManagerFormal qualifications in design, engineering, project management or similar.
