The Project Manager will oversee key inspection and engineering projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication: Respond to client inquiries by answering phones as needed to provide timely and professional supportProposal Development: Create inspection proposals and cost estimates to support project planning and client engagementDocument Processing: Complete Detailed Field Report (DFR) processing and meet transmittal deadlines to ensure project documentation is accurate and submitted on timeReporting: Draft final inspection letters to summarize findings and provide clear communication to stakeholdersFinancial Oversight: Review, approve, and send invoices as needed to maintain accurate billing processesBudget Management: Track project budgets and process change orders to ensure financial alignment with project goalsProject Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and deliveryQualificationsProven experience in construction inspection or related engineering projectsStrong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team membersAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with budget tracking, cost estimation, and invoice processingDedication to professionalism, accuracy, and high-quality workContact InformationFor questions or further information, please contact Blake D.
