Our client, a qualitative market research firm specializing in healthcare, is looking for a temp-to-perm Project Manager with prior experience in market research for a remote position. The role will oversee the execution and organization of qualitative market research projects from start to finish. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and partner agencies—ensuring that recruitment, scheduling, logistics, and documentation are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal oversight, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and to a high standard. This is a remote temp-to-perm role ideally working ET or CT hours.Responsibilities:Manage all phases of market research projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met Review and understand screeners to ensure recruitment agencies are targeting and securing the correct respondents Communicate with partner agencies to confirm respondent quality and fit Coordinate logistics for in-person interviews, including arranging food and beverage Schedule and manage virtual interviews with respondents, ensuring all participants have necessary links and materials Distribute content forms, discussion guides, and related documentation ahead of interview sessions Send weekly status reports to clients and internal stakeholders Take detailed meeting notes and distribute summaries to project teams Build kickoff decks using information from pitch decks and client materials Schedule and manage recurring client and internal meetings Anticipate project needs and proactively address potential issues before they escalate Required Qualifications:3–5 years of experience managing market research or related client projects Strong understanding of market research processes, especially qualitative methodologies Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail Experience working with recruitment vendors and screening criteria Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Professional, client-facing demeanor and ability to build strong working relationships If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
