Core tools include ServiceNow, Focused Run, Excel, MS Project, and Word, with reporting performed in SAP Analytics Cloud and ServiceNow. Projects primarily follow a waterfall methodology, though agile practices may be applied as needed. The role requires clear communication with stakeholders at all levels of management.The company is located in Reston, VA and will remain 100% remote.What You Will Be DoingLead large-scale technical projects across cross-functional teams, including planning, monitoring, and performance control. Oversee onboarding of customers to various SAP products; familiarity with SAP applications is highly desirable. Manage projects spanning multiple cloud services and hyperscalers; strong cloud knowledge is essential. Provide timely communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership. Manage change control, risks, and issues, including conducting risk assessments, identifying roadblocks, and driving mitigations. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve project management methodologies and influence process enhancements. Support the development and upkeep of PMO standards, processes, and best practices. Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience. 5+ years in Technical Project/Program Management, with a track record of leading complex initiatives. 3+ years in cloud/IT operations, software engineering, or systems engineering. 3+ years of SAP environment experience preferred. Skilled in developing and maintaining SOPs and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to engage technical and non-technical teams. Excellent analytical and reporting skills, particularly in Excel. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project; ServiceNow experience preferred. Demonstrates high standards of work ethic, quality, and collaboration.
