From learning to leadership, this is your chance to take your career to the next level.Job DescriptionThe incumbent to the role will be responsible for leading a group of project managers in executing this high-impact initiative across the Africa Member firm. This role demands a proactive individual with sharp business acumen, strong project management expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will collaborate closely with local teams to manage workplans, track progress, support rollout, and ensure alignment across technology and business elements. Please note, this position will require travel to East and West Africa and is a two-year contract.Key Responsibilities:Program & Project Management: Manage and support delivery of this project. Lead the end-to-end execution, including scoping, planning, implementation, and post-execution reviews. Develop workplans, track milestones, and manage risks to ensure timely, high-quality executionStrategic Planning Support: Contribute to the planning and evolution of the Africa Finance Transformation program, ensuring alignment with business goals, global developments, and regional needs.Coordination & Implementation: Support the rollout of the SWIFT and GFS technologies and process, including working with cross-functional teams to coordinate training, tools, and communications.Dashboarding and KPI Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards to monitor progress against deliverables. Track adoption, productivity, and key metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain reporting tools and templates to ensure consistency and quality across the program. Assist in analyzing data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Maintaining and tracking budget.Training and Enablement: Promote best practices and support knowledge sharing.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies. Support governance processes, working groups, and leadership meetings.QualificationsMinimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within professional services, technology or large-scale transformation projects.Project Management certification/qualificationThese additional competencies will contribute significantly to the incumbent’s success in the role:Technical Skills: Proficient in Project tools, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project tracking and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet) is a strong asset.Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex information, identify trends, and support decision-making through data-driven insights and structured reporting.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-ready materials and reports.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across cultures and time zones.Additional InformationNote: The list of tasks / duties and responsibilities contained in this document is not necessarily exhaustive.
